We are hiring on-call bartenders for summer weekend shifts (and possibly weekdays, if desired). We are a burlesque-themed, high-volume bar located in Downtown L.A. conveniently off the 2, 5, 10, 101 and 110 freeways. Only bartenders with 2.5+ years high-volume experience will be considered at this time. (Fast-paced restaurant experience OK if at least 2.5 years were spent primarily bartending.) PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR 2.5+ YEARS EXPERIENCE IS CLEARLY LISTED ON YOUR RESUME.



If you have speed & knowledge behind the bar and a friendly face to go along with it, this is the listing for you. We haven't hired a new bartender in two years, so if selected, expect to join a veteran team of hard-working, honest employees. To recap: This is not a full-time position. We seek on-call bartenders (1-2 times/week; 4 or more days advanced notice given). Call-backs will be made Wednesday night. We work hard, play hard, and enjoy coming to work. And we hope that you will, too!



In addition to having 2.5+ years experience, we ask that:

1) you are comfortable in and look appropriate in burlesque-themed attire behind the bar (a corset, tights, shorts and black boots -- examples will be shown at interview)

2) you bring a resume (A photo would also be helpful. It doesn't need to be a professional shot -- just enough to identify you after meeting in person.)

3) you list any accreditations on your resume (T.I.P.s certified, Serv-Safe, etc.)

4) you know alcohol brands & standard drinks... nothing extensive, BUT WE WILL QUIZ YOU ON 3 DRINK RECIPES
